Mike is responsible for corporate governance at Homeside, where he spends his days working across all departments to ensure business objectives are achieved.
Prior to Homeside, Mike was an executive at Wells Fargo within their consumer finance division, and most recently served as the president of the mortgage division for a federally chartered bank.
He has served as an advisory board member for Fannie Mae, and is active with the Mortgage Bankers Association. Mike is significantly involved in the Casey Cares Foundation, which is a non-profit for critically ill children and their families that was founded by his wife, Casey.
He resides in Maryland with his wife and their three children.
Dan is responsible for sales, marketing, human resources, and technology within Homeside. Dan lends support in all aspects of the business to foster integration and communication between departments and is always looking to improve efficiencies.
After graduating college in just 3 years, Dan begun his mortgage banking career at Wells Fargo where he became one of the youngest managers in company history at the age of 23. When Wells Fargo became too bureaucratic, Dan took an opportunity to build a mortgage division for a federally chartered bank. Over the next 7 years his division grew from a handful of employees, to over 200, producing nearly $1B in annual loan volume.
In 2015 Dan was named to the 40 under Forty list of top business professionals in Columbus, Ohio. He was also awarded the C-Suite award given in 2015 to the top executives in Columbus. A member of the Columbus, Young Presidents Organization (YPO), and founding board member of Ohio University’s Marketing Board, Dan is actively involved with the community & advising students.
He lives with his wife Jenelle, and two children, Harper & Cole.
Grayson leads all strategic growth for Homeside Financial and is responsible for growing the company’s national footprint. Overseeing all business development and recruiting nationally, his goal is to place the best talent in the right seats.
With over 20 years of mortgage banking experience, Grayson has been a Loan Officer, Branch Manager, Vice President, and other executive level positions for multiple billion dollar mortgage companies. In addition, Grayson was ranked nationally as a “Top 10” loan originator in the builder space.
His wide range of experience in mortgage lending, in addition to combining the skills and strategies he has mastered, resulted in the decision to join his current partners. Creating the ideal mortgage lending experience as a natural next step.
Bob leads our internal operations, overseeing the installation of procedures and controls for the company.
Bob has over 30 years of retail mortgage banking experience. He began his career as Loan Officer after completing graduate courses in Real Estate and Appraisal Principles. He excelled in roles around production and Capital Markets throughout his journey, which lead to him co-founding a federal bank and mortgage company that he sold in 2008.
A U.S. Army Veteran, Bob resides in Maryland, is a father to two, and grandfather to three.
Brian is directly responsible for the loan manufacturing process for Homeside. Interfacing with loan processing, underwriting, closing, pipeline management, operational strategy and everything in between.
Brian began his mortgage career 20 years ago as an account manager while attending Ohio State University. After graduating, Brian migrated up through the ranks as a call center manager, loan officer, warehouse line manager, branch manager, and ultimately started and ran a successful mortgage company.
Prior to joining Homeside, Brian oversaw lending operations for a billion dollar mortgage division for a federal bank.
Outside of work he enjoys time with his two children, golf and following the stock market.
Dan serves as General Counsel, and heads up the Quality Control and Compliance Departments. He oversees a wide range of regulatory, risk and compliance issues, including all legal issues to help ensure full regulatory compliance.
An active member of the real estate mortgage and banking industry for nearly 35 years, Dan is an industry leader in the legal and compliance field. He holds a law degree from American University, as well as a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland.
Prior to Homeside, Dan served as EVP of Regulatory Compliance for Presidential Bank, Vice President of Compliance for Acacia Federal Savings Bank, and SVP of Legal and Compliance with Prospect Mortgage.
In addition to being an elected Council Member for the Town of Glen Echo, Maryland, Dan spends time out of work with his two sons and wife watching baseball.
Lauren oversees Homeside’s Human Resources Department. Focusing on providing each team member with support and guidance from the moment they apply with Homeside, she focuses everyday to have HR be a partner to employees, instead of simply a resource.
Prior to Homeside, Lauren spent several years working in an HR capacity within the mortgage industry. Lauren has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ohio University, and currently lives in downtown Columbus, Ohio.
Matt’s primary focus is building a tech-forward consumer-friendly brand. He oversees Homeside’s marketing efforts by establishing strategies that help both attract and expand a growing consumer and realtor base.
Matt is a results-oriented leader whose passion for innovation and pushing creative boundaries is second only to his love of designing smart user-focused experiences. He empowers his team to think beyond the expected while maintaining focus on the strategic expectations. He is unrelenting in his pursuit of "Best in Class" at all levels.
On the weekends you’ll find him at the park spending time with with his son, Owen, and wife, Melissa.
Mark oversees all sales and branch activities for Homeside’s MidWest Division, including Central Ohio, Cincinnati, Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana, and Illinois. In addition, Mark oversees Homeside’s Direct to Consumer business channel.
After graduating from The Ohio State University, Mark began his banking career at Wells Fargo over 11 years ago. A top producing sales person, and branch manager, Mark left to takeover a region for American Bank. He grew that region year over year into one of the largest in the company, all the while ensuring a best place to work culture.
A native of St. Louis, MO, Mark lives with his wife Danielle and their son in Dublin, Ohio.
Chuck oversees all sales & branch activities for Homeside throughout Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and the Northeast Ohio regions.
Prior to Homeside, Chuck started his career at Wells Fargo where he was one of the top loan officers, and ultimately branch managers in the country.
He was such a successful manager, that Wells Fargo relocated him from Cleveland and placed him within a struggling Philadelphia market. Within 9 months he took the Philadelphia district from last in the entire company, to the highest performing unit at Wells Fargo in under twelve months.
Seeking a more entrepreneurial opportunity, he took a regional position for a federal bank where he led business development and strategy for his region.
A graduate of Mount Union College where he played baseball, Chuck lives in Stow, Ohio with his daughter Camryn.
